Just some thoughts to start the week:
Your energy is like a magnet field. If you are negative in your thinking, you will most likely always find a way to make every situation worse than it really is, which results in a lot of stress and unhappiness.
If you have a positive outlook, you will most likely always make an opportunity a positive one. Obstacles are less scary because you know things work out for the best, even if it’s not exactly what you wanted. Whatever you focus on, will become your reality. Whether it is a positive or negative mindset, your way of thinking will make it be.
Why do we feel we don’t deserve to be happy? Why do we feel we don’t deserve more?
If you don’t respect yourself, then bad things tend to happen more often. Take money for example, if you don’t respect money, such as spend it without care, don’t balance your accounts, read your statements or treat it with responsibility, it will repel itself from you. Just like people. The more you treat things with disrespect and negativity, the less likely people (or money) will want to spend time with you.
So, what do you do? Believe you deserve to be happy. Believe good things should come to you and your family. You deserve to travel. Think positively about everything. Be optimistic.
It takes practice to think and believe all of these great things, but be diligent in positive thinking and believing the best of yourself (and others). Great things will happen!
